They showed up when they were supposed to and even though they had been rained out the previous two days they still managed to complete our job as scheduled by staying to complete the work until 8PM. They were able to add a few extra last minute lights that we had not originally planned on doing and without making us feel like we were being a nuisance (which obviously we were). The system has worked flawlessly and survived two hurricanes with lots of ground water in the yard as well. So two weeks ago, one light finally went 'dark'. I called the office, and the team was here in less than one hour - and had to reseat the bulb bumped by the landscapers.
